Have you ever had a great month in your business, and it felt like the serotonin was flowing all month long? Sales are flying in. New reps are signing up. And you feel like you're glowing from being so on fire?!
Then the next month hits, and sales are slooooooooow. Some of your new customers don't reorder. You were hoping to grab that incentive, or hit that rank up, and it's just not happening. Your mood dips, discouragement sets in, and you may even want to quit.
This is all SO normal! Ups and downs are a part of building a business, but having some things in place to guard your mental health are so key - that way you stay even keeled whether you're having a rocking month, or a slow one.
